Since few studies and trials have been done on kratom use, very little data exists on any possible health risks. Most users have reported that using too much can have some temporary effects on the brain and has caused some to experience constipation and nausea. However, when used in small doses, there should not be any side effects at all, other than relief from chronic pain symptoms and depression.

However, it is important to understand that no two users are the same. Some people are more sensitive than others and may react to a small dose while others may need more than the average user in order to feel the effects, something many people call due to the effects it can have on the body and mind.
