I am in my early twenties. Sometimes I experience a throbbing headache or head pain. Cold temperature, certain foods make my head pain worse. What can be the cause? Can it be migraine?

Headaches can be a sign of more serious problems, stress, depression, alcohol use, skipping meals, changes in sleep patterns or sometimes taking too many medicines. If you are having constant pain, you should go to the doctor and do the necessary test.
